Returns & Refunds

I do not accept refunds for custom art after it has been completed and approved by the customer. You are working with me on every step of the way, I give out revisions and allow you to change things throughout the process. If you do not like the custom work afterwards, that is on you. I've given multiple chances for change.

Items from my store cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective from shipping. I make sure everything is packaged up correctly so that it's not damaged. If they arrive damaged then please message so we could figure something out.

I can't accept returns for Custom/personalized orders, or digital downloads.
