What age groups are you characters parties best for?
Our character parties are great for children of all ages! Activities can be adjusted to fit toddlers, young children, and older kids.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays, to ensure your preferred character and time are available. We tend to book 2-3 months in advance!
Can I choose specific activities for the party?
Yes! We customize each party to fit your needs. Let us know if you have activity preferences such as games, singing, dancing, or storytelling.
How many children can attend the party?
Our packages are designed for any party size! Our characters can entertain a crowd.
If you’ve purchased an experience (painting, tea party, etc) then we cover up to 10 kids, any more than that will be an additional fee per child.
Do you provide music and props?
Yes, our performers bring themed music and basic props needed for activities.

Are you characters professional trained?
Yes! Our performers are trained to stay in character, engage children, and provide a fun, safe, and magical experience.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed. Cancellations must be made within a specific timeframe.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if proper notice is given and availability allows. Last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of payment if it is less than 24 hour notice. If cancelled more than 24hrs in advance then you only lose the deposit of $75. The rest is refunded.
Do you travel to events?
Yes, we travel to parties within our service area. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.
Policies
Booking & Payment
A completed booking form and deposit are required to secure your event date and character. Full payment is due prior to the event unless otherwise stated. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made within the timeframe outlined at booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if proper notice is given and availability allows. Last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of payment.
Arrival & Setup
Please ensure the performer has a safe, clean space to change and prepare upon arrival. Our performers typically arrive a few minutes early to ensure a smooth start to your party.
Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)
For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing a shaded or covered area. In cases of extreme weather, parties may need to be moved indoors or rescheduled for the safety of our performers and guests.
Safety & Supervision
An adult must be present at all times during the party to supervise children. Our performers are entertainers and are not responsible for childcare or discipline.
Character Integrity
To maintain the magic, we ask that guests refrain from asking performers questions about their real identity or removing costume pieces during the event.
Photos & Social Media
Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
Travel Fees
Events outside our standard service area may require an additional travel fee, which will be discussed at booking.
Respect & Conduct
We reserve the right to end a performance early if a performer feels unsafe or is treated disrespectfully. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
