Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and character(s). The deposit confirms your booking and reserves the time, talent, and preparation needed for your celebration. No date or character is guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the event, as outlined in your booking agreement. Failure to submit the remaining balance by the required deadline may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show, as the date has been removed from availability and preparations have already begun. In certain circumstances, deposits may be transferred to a future date at the company’s discretion.

This policy helps ensure fair scheduling and allows us to provide the highest level of service for every event.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if proper notice is given and availability allows. Last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of payment if it is less than 24 hour notice. If cancelled more than 24hrs in advance then you only lose the deposit of $75. The rest is refunded.
